I used this video in order to improve a specific part of my animation where the main character has to turn around so that his whole body is facing the stone in front of him at his feet. That way the man doesn't look like he is just sliding while turning. In order to make the character turn without looking like he's sliding on ice is to bring the one leg up and put it down before moving the other leg until his body faces from the side to facing in the direction of the stone.

I used this video to help me in making the characters in my animation grab other objects that I modeled. This can range from them picking up a stone or even lifting another individual's legs. To make a character lift something and hold in in his hand is to use the controls for both the wrist and fingers along with the control for the arm in order to move the arm down to where the object you want the character to pick up is.

I used this video in order to help me work on the opening scene where the man in running down the pathway in the park as he passes the mysterious stone on the ground. It showed me how to move the legs up and down in order to make the character look like he's running down the pathway. It also showed me how the arms should be moving while the character ran as well.

I used this video in order to help me with the walking portion of the second half of my animation. For me, I have a difficult time trying to make a character in 3-D animation as opposed to making the characters run or even jump. Just like with the running process, you bring the legs up and down as the character moves. But unlike the running process, you don't bring up the legs that much off the ground and use more frames in order to make the movement slower than when the character is running.

I used this video to help me with the section of the animation where one of the characters has to step over to the side in order to walk into the supply shed. I did try to animate the character side step before watching the video and it looked as if the man's one leg was stretching out like Mr. Fantastic before he brought his other leg down where the one leg would then return to normal. After watching this short video, I then applied it to my animation and now the leg does not stretch out since I made it so part of the body moves with the leg once it steps to the side.
