Week Report #2
Jaden McGrath 10/11/18
This week in my animation class, we started to work with more fluent movement like comparing the drops and bounces of a bowling ball and balloon or how a squirrel's tail or just a tail in general moves. I still want to learn how to animate a person but i don't have to wait long for that since we are starting on that next week. The one thing that frustrated me this week is honestly making a tail move fluently and not look choppy. That's why I'm not too proud at my first attempt at this with a wolf's tail moving. But the second time i did it with the ball with a tail project honestly made me happy. I'm really proud of how that came out.

It has been a rollercoaster for fans of the popular Walking Dead series released by Telltale Games. To which I am a fan of the series as well. The game started it's fourth and final season of it's series on August 14th 2018 as it's first of four episodes, "Done Running" released with it. But on September 21st 2018, fans of the series and Telltale were hit with the news that Telltale Games had laid off 225 out of their 250 employees with no severance packages and that the studio had started a majority studio closure. So basically the legendary Telltale Games were shutting down. Not only were fans distressed that games they were looking forward to like Game of Thrones season 2, Batman season 3, a game based on the hit Netflix series "Stranger Things", and especially the long awaited and anticipated The Wolf Among Us season 2 were now cancelled, but the fate of the remaining two episodes of The Walking Dead: The Final Season which were "Broken Toys" and "Take Us Back" may not have been coming out as well and that the series would end with episode two, "Suffer The Children" which released just five days after the announcement. But then Telltale announced that they were planning on passing the game over to another studio to see that the final season and the whole series in general reached completion. But then more heartbreak came when Telltale announced that the remaining skeleton crew of 25 people who were working on a Netflix version of "Minecraft: Story Mode" were also fired and all hope seemed lost. But then, it was revealed that Telltale had given the series to long time producer of the games Skybound to finish. Fans were ecstatic as it also seems that Skybound have hired the old team to finish the game. Now all us TWDG fans can rest easy knowing that we will be able to see the end of Clementine's story that we fans have been following since all the way back in 2012.
